refunds & cancellations

pool sessions. once your session has started — that is, once you've been admitted at the gate and the timer is running — it is non-refundable. if you've paid but not yet been admitted and change your mind, speak to the attendant at the counter before entering and we'll sort it out on the spot.

weather closures. this is an outdoor mountain pool, and the hills make their own plans. if we have to close the pool mid-session for rain, lightning or safety, we don't leave you short — you receive a rain-check voucher for the unused portion of your session, usable on a future visit. no expiry games, no forms; it lives against your phone number.

events & private bookings. advances for exclusive-pool bookings and special events follow the terms of your written quote — cancellation windows and any refundable portion are stated there before you pay.

how refunds happen. approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid, normally within 5–7 working days. for anything that doesn't feel right, call +91 82610 23079 or email silverntarn@gmail.com — a human answers.
